How can I book a room?
You can use our Accommodation Booking Service or book directly with your chosen establishment. We offer an online booking service, allowing you to book online for many hotels, apartments and bed and breakfasts.

Booking though Bristol Tourist Information Centre ensures you will get exactly the right room for you, and our staff are happy to offer advice to suit your requirements and book a hotel room on your behalf. Not only will we be able to find availability, but we will often have access to exclusive special rates.

Our staff have unrivalled knowledge of accommodation in Bristol and the surrounding area, and can check the best accommodation to suit all your requirements.

Telephone and personal bookings are subject to a £3 booking fee, and a deposit, which will be deducted from your final bill at your chosen establishment. There is no booking fee for online bookings.

The booking line is 0845 408 0474 (calls charged at local rate). Overseas callers should call 00 44 870 444 0654.

This service is available from Monday - Friday 10:00 - 16.30 Saturday - Sunday 11.00 - 16.00. Outside of these hours, please email us or book now with our online booking service

Where are the Tourist Information Centres in Bristol?
Bristol's main Tourist Information Centre is located in Explore-At-Bristol on the harbourside. There are Visitor Information Points at The Mall Bristol, Empire & Commonwealth Museum, Bristol's City Museum & Art Gallery and the Travel Bristol Centre.
