The bar is stocked with an ever-changing diverse and enviable range of local craft ales, lagers and ciders from Bristol’s favourite brewers, including their exclusive lager in partnership with Wiper & True, Homegrown. The wine list is exclusively European with fossil-free imports from Portugal that arrive by sailboat. Their spirits are an inspired selection of Bristol distillers working with new and innovative practices, creating refreshing takes on classic flavours.
The bar team love a cocktail and have been trained to perfect the art. With a seasonal list highlighting favourite supplier spirits in well-mixed drinks and plenty of no and low options available.
Assembly Nights conjurs up the nighttime entertainment. Their cultural offering crosses the board, from drag cabaret to weekend-long Latin festivals, large ten-piece touring bands to audience participation performances. TOMA is a state-of-the-art, sophisticated, inclusive live performance venue.
Regular LGBTQ+ nights have included Category Is, Pride, TransPride, and Queer PromOur venue has diversified to introduce more cabaret and live-led events, serving the demand for a more sophisticated, style of informal bar nights.
